Note: If you have sound problem issue then Please make sure that the mute volume button (Physical button) on your iPhone/iPad is not muted. Either it is muted or not, please first OFF (mute) and then ON (not mute) the mute button on your device. Again, please first OFF (mute) and then ON (not mute) the mute button on your device. Sometimes, it fixed the problem. Please do it. Mostly, it fixed the problem.
