Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi
96.آتُونِي زُبَرَ الْحَدِيدِ ۖ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا سَاوَىٰ بَيْنَ الصَّدَفَيْنِ قَالَ انفُخُوا ۖ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا جَعَلَهُ نَارًا قَالَ آتُونِي أُفْرِغْ عَلَيْهِ قِطْرًا
Transliteration:Atoonee zubara alhadeedi hatta itha sawa bayna alsadafayni qala onfukhoo hatta itha jaAAalahu naran qala atoonee ofrigh AAalayhi qitran
Yusuf Ali:"Bring me blocks of iron." At length, when he had filled up the space between the two steep mountain-sides, He said, "Blow (with your bellows)" Then, when he had made it (red) as fire, he said: "Bring me, that I may pour over it, molten lead."
Shakir:Bring me blocks of iron; until when he had filled up the space between the two mountain sides, he said: Blow, until when he had made it (as) fire, he said: Bring me molten brass which I may pour over it.
Pickthall:Give me pieces of iron - till, when he had levelled up (the gap) between the cliffs, he said: Blow! - till, when he had made it a fire, he said: Bring me molten copper to pour thereon.
Mohsin Khan:"Give me pieces (blocks) of iron;" then, when he had filled up the gap between the two mountain-cliffs, he said: "Blow;" then when he had made them (red as) fire, he said: "Bring me molten copper to pour over them."
Saheeh:Bring me sheets of iron" - until, when he had leveled [them] between the two mountain walls, he said, "Blow [with bellows]," until when he had made it [like] fire, he said, "Bring me, that I may pour over it molten copper."
Urdu:مجھے لوہے کے تختے لا دو یہاں تک کہ جب دونوں سروں کے بیچ کو برابر کر دیا تو کہا کہ دھونکو یہاں تک کہ جب اسے آگ کر دیا تو کہا کہ تم میرے پاس تانبا لاؤ تاکہ اس پر ڈال دوں

97.فَمَا اسْطَاعُوا أَن يَظْهَرُوهُ وَمَا اسْتَطَاعُوا لَهُ نَقْبًا
Transliteration:Fama istaAAoo an yathharoohu wama istataAAoo lahu naqban
Yusuf Ali:Thus were they made powerless to scale it or to dig through it.
Shakir:So they were not able to scale it nor could they make a hole in it.
Pickthall:And (Gog and Magog) were not able to surmount, nor could they pierce (it).
Mohsin Khan:So they [Ya'juj and Ma'juj (Gog and Magog)] could not scale it or dig through it.
Saheeh:So Gog and Magog were unable to pass over it, nor were they able [to effect] in it any penetration.
Urdu:پھر وہ نہ اس پر چڑھ سکتے تھے اور نہ اس میں نقب لگا سکتے تھے
