153.	يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ
Transliteration:	Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo istaAAeenoo bialssabri waalssalati inna Allaha maAAa alssabireena
Yusuf Ali:	O ye who believe! seek help with patient perseverance and prayer; for Allah is with those who patiently persevere.
Urdu:	اے ایمان والو صبر اور نماز سے مدد لیا کرو بے شک اللہ صبر کرنے والوں کے ساتھ ہے
