150 | وَلَمَّا رَجَعَ مُوسَىٰ إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِ غَضْبَانَ أَسِفًا قَالَ بِئْسَمَا خَلَفْتُمُونِي مِن بَعْدِي ۖ أَعَجِلْتُمْ أَمْرَ رَبِّكُمْ ۖ وَأَلْقَى الْأَلْوَاحَ وَأَخَذَ بِرَأْسِ أَخِيهِ يَجُرُّهُ إِلَيْهِ ۚ قَالَ ابْنَ أُمَّ إِنَّ الْقَوْمَ اسْتَضْعَفُونِي وَكَادُوا يَقْتُلُونَنِي فَلَا تُشْمِتْ بِيَ الْأَعْدَاءَ وَلَا تَجْعَلْنِي مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ |
| | | | Transliteration 150: | Walamma rajaAAa moosa ila qawmihi ghadbana asifan qala bisama khalaftumoonee min baAAdee aAAajiltum amra rabbikum waalqa alalwaha waakhatha birasi akheehi yajurruhu ilayhi qala ibna omma inna alqawma istadAAafoonee wakadoo yaqtuloonanee fala tushmit biya alaAAdaa wala tajAAalnee maAAa alqawmi alththalimeena |
| | | | Yusuf Ali 150: | When Moses came back to his people, angry and grieved, he said: "Evil it is that ye have done in my place in my absence: did ye make haste to bring on the judgment of your Lord?" He put down the tablets, seized his brother by (the hair of) his head, and dragged him to him. Aaron said: "Son of my mother! the people did indeed reckon me as naught, and went near to slaying me! Make not the enemies rejoice over my misfortune, nor count thou me amongst the people of sin." |
| | | | Urdu 150: | اور جب موسیٰ اپنی قو م کےی طرف غصہ اور رنج میں بھرے ہوئے واپس آئے تو فرمایا تم نے میرے بعد یہ بڑی نامعقول حرکت کی کیا تم نے اپنے رب کے حکم سے پہلے ہی جلد بازی کر لی اور تختیاں پھینک دیں اور اپنے بھائی کا سر پکڑ ا اسے پنی طرف کھینچنے لگا اس نے کہا کہ اے میری ماں کے بیٹے لوگوں نے مجھے کمزور سمجھا اور قریب تھے کہ مجھے مار ڈالیں سو مجھ پر دشمنوں کو نہ ہنسا اور مجھے گناہگار لوگو ں میں نہ ملا |
