Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi
68.وَلَمَّا دَخَلُوا مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَهُمْ أَبُوهُم مَّا كَانَ يُغْنِي عَنْهُم مِّنَ اللَّهِ مِن شَيْءٍ إِلَّا حَاجَةً فِي نَفْسِ يَعْقُوبَ قَضَاهَا ۚ وَإِنَّهُ لَذُو عِلْمٍ لِّمَا عَلَّمْنَاهُ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
Transliteration:Walamma dakhaloo min haythu amarahum aboohum ma kana yughnee AAanhum mina Allahi min shayin illa hajatan fee nafsi yaAAqooba qadaha wainnahu lathoo AAilmin lima AAallamnahu walakinna akthara alnnasi la yaAAlamoona
Yusuf Ali:And when they entered in the manner their father had enjoined, it did not profit them in the least against (the plan of) Allah: It was but a necessity of Jacob's soul, which he discharged. For he was, by our instruction, full of knowledge (and experience): but most men know not.
Urdu:اور جب کہ اسی طرح داخل ہوئے جس طرح ان کے باپ نے حکم دیا تھا انہیں الله کی کسی بات سے کچھ نہ بچا سکتا تھا مگر یعقوب کے دل میں ایک خواہش تھی جسے اس نے پورا کیا اور وہ تو ہمارے سکھلانے سے علم والا تھا لیکن اکثر آدمی نہیں جانتے
