18.	وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسْكَنَّاهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ ذَهَابٍ بِهِ لَقَادِرُونَ
Transliteration:	Waanzalna mina alssamai maan biqadarin faaskannahu fee alardi wainna AAala thahabin bihi laqadiroona
Yusuf Ali:	And We send down water from the sky according to (due) measure, and We cause it to soak in the soil; and We certainly are able to drain it off (with ease).
Urdu:	اور ہم نے ایک اندازہ کے ساتھ آسمان سے پانی نازل کیا پھر اسے زمین میں ٹھیرایا اور ہم اس کے لے جانے پر بھی قادر ہیں
