Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi
4.وَالَّذِينَ يَرْمُونَ الْمُحْصَنَاتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَأْتُوا بِأَرْبَعَةِ شُهَدَاءَ فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً وَلَا تَقْبَلُوا لَهُمْ شَهَادَةً أَبَدًا ۚ وَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ
Transliteration:Waallatheena yarmoona almuhsanati thumma lam yatoo biarbaAAati shuhadaa faijlidoohum thamaneena jaldatan wala taqbaloo lahum shahadatan abadan waolaika humu alfasiqoona
Yusuf Ali:And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses (to support their allegations),- flog them with eighty stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors;-
Urdu:اور جو لوگ پاک دامن عورتوں پر تہمت لگاتے ہیں اور پھر چار گواہ نہیں لاتے تو انہیں اسّی درے مارو اور کبھی ان کی گواہی قبول نہ کرو اور وہی لوگ نافرمان ہیں
