The word(s) "fasiq" appears 38 time(s) in 38 verse(s) in Quran in Mohsin Khan translation.

(1) Verily, Allah is not ashamed to set forth a parable even of a mosquito or so much more when it is bigger (or less when it is smaller) than it. And as for those who believe, they know that it is the Truth from their Lord, but as for those who disbelieve, they say: "What did Allah intend by this parable?" By it He misleads many, and many He guides thereby. And He misleads thereby only those who are Al-fasiqun (the rebellious, disobedient to Allah ).
(2) And indeed We have sent down to you manifest Ayat (these Verses of the Qur'an which inform in detail about the news of the Jews and their secret intentions, etc.), and none disbelieve in them but fasiqun (those who rebel against Allah's Command).
(3) Then whoever turns away after this, they are the fasiqun (rebellious: those who turn away from Allah's Obedience).
(4) You [true believers in Islamic Monotheism, and real followers of Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) and his Sunnah] are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind; you enjoin Al-Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam has ordained) and forbid Al-Munkar (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islam has forbidden), and you believe in Allah . And had the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) believed, it would have been better for them; among them are some who have faith, but most of them are Al-fasiqun (disobedient to Allah - and rebellious against Allah's Command).
(5) He [Musa (Moses)] said: "O my Lord! I have power only over myself and my brother, so separate us from the people who are the fasiqun (rebellious and disobedient to Allah)!"
(6) (Allah) said: "Therefore it (this holy land) is forbidden to them for forty years; in distraction they will wander through the land. So be not sorrowful over the people who are the fasiqun (rebellious and disobedient to Allah)."
(7) Let the people of the Injeel (Gospel) judge by what Allah has revealed therein. And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed (then) such (people) are the fasiqun [the rebellious i.e. disobedient (of a lesser degree)] to Allah.
(8) And so judge (you O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) among them by what Allah has revealed and follow not their vain desires, but beware of them lest they turn you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) far away from some of that which Allah has sent down to you. And if they turn away, then know that Allah's Will is to punish them for some sins of theirs. And truly, most of men are fasiqun (rebellious and disobedient to Allah).
(9) Say: "O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Do you criticize us for no other reason than that we believe in Allah, and in (the revelation) which has been sent down to us and in that which has been sent down before (us), and that most of you are fasiqun [rebellious and disobedient (to Allah)]?"
(10) And had they believed in Allah, and in the Prophet (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) and in what has been revealed to him, never would they have taken them (the disbelievers) as Auliya' (protectors and helpers); but many of them are the fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).
