(1) The Only owner (and the Only Ruling Judge) of the Day of Recompense (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)

(2) Neither those who disbelieve among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) nor Al-Mushrikun (the idolaters, polytheists, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, pagans, etc.) like that there should be sent down unto you any good from your Lord. But Allah chooses for His Mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the owner of Great Bounty.

(3) He selects for His Mercy (Islam and the Qur'an with Prophethood) whom He wills and Allah is the owner of Great Bounty.

(4) So they returned with Grace and Bounty from Allah. No harm touched them; and they followed the good Pleasure of Allah. And Allah is the owner of Great Bounty.

(5) If they (Jews) belie you (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) say: "Your Lord is the owner of Vast Mercy, and never will His Wrath be turned back from the people who are Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists or sinners)."

(6) O you who believe! If you obey and fear Allah, He will grant you Furqan [(a criterion to judge between right and wrong), or (Makhraj, i.e. a way for you to get out from every difficulty)], and will expiate for you your sins, and forgive you; and Allah is the owner of the Great Bounty.

(7) And (commanding you): "Seek the forgiveness of your Lord, and turn to Him in repentance, that He may grant you good enjoyment, for a term appointed, and bestow His abounding Grace to every owner of grace (i.e. the one who helps and serves the needy and deserving, physically and with his wealth, and even with good words). But if you turn away, then I fear for you the torment of a Great Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection).

(8) Alif-Lam-Ra. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Qur'an, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings]. (This is) a Book which We have revealed unto you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) in order that you might lead mankind out of darkness (of disbelief and polytheism) into light (of belief in the Oneness of Allah and Islamic Monotheism) by their Lord's Leave to the Path of the All-Mighty, the owner of all Praise.

(9) And Musa (Moses) said: "If you disbelieve, you and all on earth together, then verily Allah is Rich (Free of all needs), owner of all Praise."

(10) And We send the winds fertilizing (to fill heavily the clouds with water), then cause the water (rain) to descend from the sky, and We give it to you to drink, and it is not you who are the owners of its stores [i.e. to give water to whom you like or to withhold it from whom you like].
