(241) So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people.

(242) And whoever comes to Him a believer (and) he has done good deeds indeed, these it is who shall have the high ranks,

(243) Eat of the good things We have given you for sustenance, and be not inordinate with respect to them, lest My wrath should be due to you, and to whomsoever My wrath is due be shall perish indeed.

(244) And most surely I am most Forgiving to him who repents and believes and does good, then continues to follow the right direction.

(245) So Musa returned to his people wrathful, sorrowing. Said he: O my people! did not your Lord promise you a goodly promise: did then the time seem long to you, or did you wish that displeasure from your Lord should be due to you, so that you broke (your) promise to me?

(246) And whoever does good works and he is a believer, he shall have no fear of injustice nor of the withholding of his due.

(247) And enjoin prayer on your followers, and steadily adhere to it; We do not ask you for subsistence; We do give you subsistence, and the (good) end is for guarding (against evil).

(248) Then We made Our promise good to them, so We delivered them and those whom We pleased, and We destroyed the extravagant.

(249) Certainly We have revealed to you a Book in which is your good remembrance; what! do you not then understand?

(250) Every soul must taste of death and We try you by evil and good by way of probation; and to Us you shall be brought back.
