(81) Then his Lord chose him, so He turned to him and guided (him).

(83) And thus have We revealed it, being clear arguments, and because Allah guides whom He intends.

(84) And they are guided to goodly words and they are guided into the path of the Praised One.

(85) There does not reach Allah their flesh nor their blood, but to Him is acceptable the guarding (against evil) on your part; thus has He made them subservient to you, that you may magnify Allah because He has guided you aright; and give good news to those who do good (to others).

(86) And that those who have been given the knowledge may know that it is the truth from your Lord, so they may believe in it and their hearts may be lowly before it; and most surely Allah is the guide of those who believe into a right path.

(87) Allah is the light of the heavens and the earth; a likeness of His light is as a niche in which is a lamp, the lamp is in a glass, (and) the glass is as it were a brightly shining star, lit from a blessed olive-tree, neither eastern nor western, the oil whereof almost gives light though fire touch it not-- light upon light-- Allah guides to His light whom He pleases, and Allah sets forth parables for men, and Allah is Cognizant of all things.

(88) Certainly We have revealed clear communications, and Allah guides whom He pleases to the right way.

(89) And thus have We made for every prophet an enemy from among the sinners and sufficient is your Lord as a guide and a Helper.

(90) And they who say: O our Lord! grant us in our wives and our offspring the joy of our eyes, and make us guides to those who guard (against evil).
