(21) And they ask you to hasten on the evil before the good, and indeed there have been exemplary punishments before them; and most surely your Lord is the Lord of forgiveness to people, notwithstanding their injustice; and most surely your Lord is severe in requiting (evil).

(27) She said: When shall I have a boy and no mortal has yet touched me, nor have I been unchaste?

(28) O sister of Haroun! your father was not a bad man, nor, was your mother an unchaste woman.

(29) Therefore be not in haste against them, We only number out to them a number (of days).

(30) Both said: O our Lord! Surely we fear that he may hasten to do evil to us or that he may become inordinate.
