The word(s) "heed" appears 47 time(s) in 47 verse(s) in Quran in Muhammad Pickthal translation.

(1) He it is Who hath revealed unto thee (Muhammad) the Scripture wherein are clear revelations - they are the substance of the Book - and others (which are) allegorical. But those in whose hearts is doubt pursue, forsooth, that which is allegorical seeking (to cause) dissension by seeking to explain it. None knoweth its explanation save Allah. And those who are of sound instruction say: We believe therein; the whole is from our Lord; but only men of understanding really heed.
(2) When ye climbed (the hill) and paid no heed to anyone, while the messenger, in your rear, was calling you (to fight). Therefor He rewarded you grief for (his) grief, that (He might teach) you not to sorrow either for that which ye missed or for that which befell you. Allah is Informed of what ye do.
(3) This is the path of thy Lord, a straight path. We have detailed Our revelations for a people who take heed.
(4) And we straitened Pharaoh's folk with famine and dearth of fruits, that peradventure they might heed.
(5) Therefore We took retribution from them; therefore We drowned them in the sea: because they denied Our revelations and were heedless of them.
(6) And when the Qur'an is recited, give ear to it and pay heed, that ye may obtain mercy.
(7) See they not that they are tested once or twice in every year? Still they turn not in repentance, neither pay they heed.
(8) He it is Who hath appointed for you the night that ye should rest therein and the day giving sight. Lo! herein verily are portents for a folk that heed.
(9) But this day We save thee in thy body that thou mayst be a portent for those after thee. Lo! most of mankind are heedless of Our portents.
(10) We narrate unto thee (Muhammad) the best of narratives in that We have inspired in thee this Qur'an, though aforetime thou wast of the heedless.
