(32) And people are naught but a single nation, so they disagree; and had not a word already gone forth from your Lord, the matter would have certainly been decided between them in respect of that concerning which they disagree.

(33) And certainly We lodged the children of Israel in a goodly abode and We provided them with good things; but they did not disagree until the knowledge had come to them; surely your Lord will judge between them on the resurrection day concerning that in which they disagreed.

(34) When Yusuf said to his father: O my father! surely I saw eleven stars and the sun and the moon-- I saw them making obeisance to me.

(35) And whoever is in the heavens and the earth makes obeisance to Allah only, willingly and unwillingly, and their shadows too at morn and eve.

(36) And they asked for judgment and every insolent opposer was disappointed:

(37) So when I have made him complete and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down making obeisance to him.

(38) So the angels made obeisance, all of them together,

(39) But Iblis (did it not); he refused to be with those who made obeisance.

(40) He said: O Iblis! what excuse have you that you are not with those who make obeisance?
