(24) And as to those who are made happy, they shall be in the garden, abiding in it as long as the heavens and the earth endure, except as your Lord please; a gift which shall never be cut off.

(25) And never did We destroy a town but it had a term made known.

(26) And there never came an apostle to them but they mocked him.

(27) And whomsoever Allah guides, he is the follower of the right way, and whomsoever He causes to err, you shall not find for him guardians besides Him; and We will gather them together on the day of resurrection on their faces, blind and dumb and deaf; their abode is hell; whenever it becomes allayed We will add to their burning.

(28) For surely if they prevail against you they would stone you to death or force you back to their religion, and then you will never succeed.

(29) He said: My Lord! surely my bones are weakened and my head flares with hoariness, and, my Lord! I have never been unsuccessful in my prayer to Thee:

(30) They glorify (Him) by night and day; they are never languid.
