(237) Then the sects differed [i.e. the Christians about 'Îsa (Jesus) عليه السلام], so woe unto the disbelievers [those who gave false witness by saying that 'Îsa (Jesus) is the son of Allah] from the Meeting of a great Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection, when they will be thrown in the blazing Fire) .

(238) And We granted him his brother Harun (Aaron), (also) a Prophet, out of Our Mercy.

(239) Then indeed We shall drag out from every sect all those who were worst in obstinate rebellion against the Most Gracious (Allah).

(240) And how many a generation (past nations) have We destroyed before them, who were better in wealth, goods and outward appearance?
