(14) Then Musa (Moses) returned to his people in a state of anger and sorrow. He said: "O my people! Did not your Lord promise you a fair promise? Did then the promise seem to you long in coming? Or did you desire that wrath should descend from your Lord on you, that you broke your promise to me (i.e disbelieving in Allah and worshipping the calf)?"

(15) Everyone is going to taste death, and We shall make a trial of you with evil and with good. And to Us you will be returned.

(16) And He is Allah: La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), all praises and thanks be to Him (both) in the first (i.e. in this world) and in the last (i.e. in the Hereafter). And for Him is the Decision, and to Him shall you (all) be returned.

(17) And invoke not any other ilah (god) along with Allah: La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). Everything will perish save His Face. His is the Decision, and to Him you (all) shall be returned.

(18) He punishes whom He wills, and shows mercy to whom He wills; and to Him you will be returned.

(19) Everyone shall taste death. Then unto Us you shall be returned.

(20) Allah (Alone) originates the creation, then He will repeat it, then to Him you will be returned.
