(338) Our word for a thing when We intend it, is only that We say to it, Be, and it is.

(339) Do they then who plan evil (deeds) feel secure (of this) that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them or that punishment may not overtake them from whence they do not perceive?

(340) And whatever favor is (bestowed) on you it is from Allah; then when evil afflicts you, to Him do you cry for aid.
