| 67. | مَا كَانَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ يَهُودِيًّا وَلَا نَصْرَانِيًّا وَلَـٰكِن كَانَ حَنِيفًا مُّسْلِمًا وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ |
| Transliteration: | Ma kana ibraheemu yahoodiyyan wala nasraniyyan walakin kana haneefan musliman wama kana mina almushrikeena |
| Yusuf Ali: | Abraham was not a Jew nor yet a Christian; but he was true in Faith, and bowed his will to Allah's (Which is Islam), and he joined not gods with Allah. |
| Urdu: | ابراھیم نہ یہوودی تھے اور نہ نصرانی لیکن سیدھے راستے والے مسلمان تھے اور مشرکوں میں سے نہ تھے |

| 68. | إِنَّ أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِإِبْرَاهِيمَ لَلَّذِينَ اتَّبَعُوهُ وَهَـٰذَا النَّبِيُّ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ۗ وَاللَّهُ وَلِيُّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ |
| Transliteration: | Inna awla alnnasi biibraheema lallatheena ittabaAAoohu wahatha alnnabiyyu waallatheena amanoo waAllahu waliyyu almumineena |
| Yusuf Ali: | Without doubt, among men, the nearest of kin to Abraham, are those who follow him, as are also this Prophet and those who believe: And Allah is the Protector of those who have faith. |
| Urdu: | لوگوں میں سب سے زیادہ قریب ابراھیم کے وہ لوگ تھے جنہوں نے اس کی تابعداری کی اور یہ نبی اور جو اس نبی پر ایمان لائے اور الله ایمان والوں کا دوست ہے |
