Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi
129.وَلَن تَسْتَطِيعُوا أَن تَعْدِلُوا بَيْنَ النِّسَاءِ وَلَوْ حَرَصْتُمْ ۖ فَلَا تَمِيلُوا كُلَّ الْمَيْلِ فَتَذَرُوهَا كَالْمُعَلَّقَةِ ۚ وَإِن تُصْلِحُوا وَتَتَّقُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا
Transliteration:Walan tastateeAAoo an taAAdiloo bayna alnnisai walaw harastum fala tameeloo kulla almayli fatatharooha kaalmuAAallaqati wain tuslihoo watattaqoo fainna Allaha kana ghafooran raheeman
Yusuf Ali:Ye are never able to be fair and just as between women, even if it is your ardent desire: But turn not away (from a woman) altogether, so as to leave her (as it were) hanging (in the air). If ye come to a friendly understanding, and practise self-restraint, Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.
Urdu:اور تم عورتوں کو ہرگز برابر نہیں رکھ سکو گے اگرچہ اس کی حرص کرو سوتم بالکل ہی ایک طرف نہ جھک جاؤ کہ دوسری عورت کو لٹکی ہوئی چھوڑ دو اور اگر اصلاح کرتے رہو اور پرہیزگاری کرتے رہو تو الله بحشنے والا مہربان ہے
