(Tafsir At-Tabari).

(2) That is because Allah, He is the Truth, and that which they invoke besides Him is al-batil (falsehood, Satan and all other false deities); and that Allah, He is the Most High, the Most Great.

(3) Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "Al-Haqq (the truth i.e. the Qur'an and Allah's Revelation) has come, and al-batil [falsehood - Iblis (Satan)] can neither create anything nor resurrect (anything)."

(4) A Messenger (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) from Allah, reciting (the Qur'an) purified pages [purified from al-batil (falsehood)].
