(2) And when Musa said to his people: O my people! remember the favor of Allah upon you when He raised prophets among you and made you kings and gave you what He had not given to any other among the nations.

(3) She said: Surely the kings, when they enter a town, ruin it and make the noblest of its people to be low, and thus they (always) do;
