(71) And 'Ad and Thamud (people)! And indeed (their destruction) is clearly apparent to you from their (ruined) dwellings. Shaitan (Satan) made their deeds fair-seeming to them, and turned them away from the (Right) path, though they were intelligent.

(72) As for those who strive hard in Us (Our Cause), We will surely guide them to Our paths (i.e. Allah's religion - Islamic Monotheism). And verily, Allah is with the Muhsinun (good doers)."

(73) And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e. music, singing, etc.) to mislead (men) from the path of Allah without knowledge, and takes it (the path of Allah, or the Verses of the Qur'an) by way of mockery. For such there will be a humiliating torment (in the Hell-fire).

(74) But if they (both) strive with you to make you join in worship with Me others that of which you have no knowledge, then obey them not; but behave with them in the world kindly, and follow the path of him who turns to Me in repentance and in obedience. Then to Me will be your return, and I shall tell you what you used to do.

(75) And those who have been given knowledge see that what is revealed to you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) from your Lord is the truth, and that it guides to the path of the Exalted in Might, Owner of all praise.

(76) On the Straight path (i.e. on Allah's religion of Islamic Monotheism).

(77) And that you should worship Me [Alone - Islamic Monotheism, and set up not rivals, associate-gods with Me]. That is the Straight path.

(78) And if it had been Our Will, We would surely have wiped out (blinded) their eyes, so that they would struggle for the path, how then would they see?

(79) Verily, they found their fathers on the wrong path;

(80) And guided them to the Right path.
