(61) And if Allah were to enlarge the provision for His slaves, they would surely rebel in the earth, but He sends down by measure as He wills. Verily! He is, in respect of His slaves, the Well-Aware, the All-Seer (of things that benefit them).

(62) And in the alternation of night and day, and the provision (rain) that Allah sends down from the sky, and revives therewith the earth after its death, and in the turning about of the winds (i.e. sometimes towards the east or north, and sometimes towards the south or west sometimes bringing glad tidings of rain etc., and sometimes bringing the torment), are signs for a people who understand.

(63) Indeed Allah shall fulfil the true vision which He showed to His Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) [i.e. the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم saw a dream that he has entered Makkah along with his Companions, having their (head) hair shaved and cut short] in very truth. Certainly, you shall enter Al-Masjid-al-Haram, if Allah wills, secure, (some) having your heads shaved, and (some) having your head hair cut short, having no fear. He knew what you knew not, and He granted besides that a near victory.

(64) A provision for (Allah's) slaves. And We give life therewith to a dead land. Thus will be the resurrection (of the dead).

(65) And those (angels) who distribute (provisions, rain, and other blessings) by (Allah's) Command.

(66) And in the heaven is your provision, and that which you are promised.

(67) I seek not any provision from them (i.e. provision for themselves or for My creatures) nor do I ask that they should feed Me (i.e. feed themselves or My creatures).

(68) That indeed is a division most unfair!

(69) And instead (of thanking Allah) for the provision He gives you, you deny (Him by disbelief)!

(70) (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of Delights (Paradise).
