The word(s) "hukm" appears 8 time(s) in 7 verse(s) in Quran in Mohsin Khan translation.

(1) It is not (possible) for any human being to whom Allah has given the Book and Al-hukm (the knowledge and understanding of the laws of religion) and Prophethood to say to the people: "Be my worshippers rather than Allah's." On the contrary (he would say): "Be you Rabbaniyyun (learned men of religion who practise what they know and also preach others), because you are teaching the Book, and you are studying it."
(2) They are those whom We gave the Book, Al-hukm (understanding of the religious laws), and Prophethood. But if these disbelieve therein (the Book, Al-hukm and Prophethood), then, indeed We have entrusted it to a people (such as the Companions of Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) who are not disbelievers therein.
(3) And (remember) Lut (Lot), We gave him hukm (right judgement of the affairs and Prophethood) and (religious) knowledge, and We saved him from the town (folk) who practised Al-Khaba'ith (evil, wicked and filthy deeds). Verily, they were a people given to evil, and were Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).
(4) And We made Sulaiman (Solomon) to understand (the case); and to each of them We gave hukm (right judgement of the affairs and Prophethood) and knowledge. And We subjected the mountains and the birds to glorify Our Praises along with Dawud (David). And it was We Who were the doer (of all these things).
(5) "So I fled from you when I feared you. But my Lord has granted me hukm (i.e. religious knowledge, right judgement of the affairs and Prophethood), and made me one of the Messengers.
(6) My Lord! Bestow hukm (religious knowledge, right judgement of the affairs and Prophethood) on me, and join me with the righteous.
(7) And when he attained his full strength, and was perfect (in manhood), We bestowed on him hukm (Prophethood and right judgement of the affairs) and religious knowledge [of the religion of his forefathers i.e. Islamic Monotheism]. And thus do We reward the Muhsinun (i.e. good doers. See the footnote of V.9:120).
