(116) He said: My Lord! surely I killed one of them, so I fear lest they should slay me;

(117) And my brother, Haroun, he is more eloquent of tongue than I, therefore send him with me as an aider, verifying me: surely I fear that they would reject me.

(118) And when Our apostles came to Lut he was grieved on account of them, and he felt powerless (to protect) them; and they said: fear not, nor grieve; surely we will deliver you and your followers, except your wife; she shall be of those who remain behind.

(119) And to Madyan (We sent) their brother Shuaib, so he said: O my people! serve Allah and fear the latter day and do not act corruptly in the land, making mischief.

(120) And one of His signs is that He shows you the lightning for fear and for hope, and sends down water from the clouds then gives life therewith to the earth after its death; most surely there are signs in this for a people who understand
