(1241) Hast thou not known that Allah knoweth all that is in the heaven and the earth? lo! it is in a record. lo! that is easy for Allah.

(1242) O mankind! A similitude is coined, so pay ye heed to it: lo! those on whom ye call beside Allah will never create a fly though they combine together for the purpose. And if the fly took something from them, they could not rescue it from it. So weak are (both) the seeker and the sought!

(1243) They measure not Allah His rightful measure. lo! Allah is Strong, Almighty.

(1244) Allah chooseth from the angels messengers, and (also) from mankind. lo! Allah is Hearer, Seer.

(1245) O ye who believe! Bow down and prostrate yourselves, and worship your lord, and do good, that haply ye may prosper.

(1246) Then placed him as a drop (of seed) in a safe lodging;

(1247) Then fashioned We the drop a clot, then fashioned We the clot a little lump, then fashioned We the little lump bones, then clothed the bones with flesh, and then produced it as another creation. So blessed be Allah, the Best of creators!

(1248) Then lo! after that ye surely die.

(1249) Then lo! on the Day of Resurrection ye are raised (again).

(1250) And we send down from the sky water in measure, and We give it lodging in the earth, and lo! We are Able to withdraw it.
