(211) When your lord revealed to the angels: I am with you, therefore make firm those who believe. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them.
(212) O you who believe! If you are careful of (your duty to) Allah, He will grant you a distinction and do away with your evils and forgive you; and Allah is the lord of mighty grace.
(213) In the manner of the people of Firon and those before them; they rejected the communications of their lord, therefore We destroyed them on account of their faults and We drowned Firon's people, and they were all unjust.
(214) Their lord gives them good news of mercy from Himself and (His) good pleasure and gardens, wherein lasting blessings shall be theirs;
(215) They have taken their doctors of law and their monks for lords besides Allah, and (also) the Messiah son of Marium and they were enjoined that they should serve one Allah only, there is no god but He; far from His glory be what they set up (with Him).
(216) But if they turn back, say: Allah is sufficient for me, there is no god but He; on Him do I rely, and He is the lord of mighty power.
(217) What! is it a wonder to the people that We revealed to a man from among themselves, saying: Warn the people and give good news to those who believe that theirs is a footing of firmness with their lord. The unbelievers say: This is most surely a manifest enchanter.
(218) Surely your lord is Allah, Who created the heavens and the earth in six periods, and He is firm in power, regulating the affair, there is no intercessor except after His permission; this is Allah, your lord, therefore serve Him; will you not then mind?
(219) Surely (as for) those who believe and do good, their lord will guide them by their faith; there shall flow from beneath them rivers in gardens of bliss.
(220) Their cry in it shall be: Glory to Thee, O Allah! and their greeting in it shall be: Peace; and the last of their cry shall be: Praise be to Allah, the lord of the worlds.
