(11) And those who join that which Allah has bidden to be joined and have awe of their Lord and fear the evil reckoning.

(12) O our Lord! grant me protection and my parents and the believers on the day when the reckoning shall come to pass!

(13) That Allah may requite each soul (according to) what it has earned; surely Allah is swift in reckoning.

(14) And We have made the night and the day two signs, then We have made the sign of the night to pass away and We have made the sign of the day manifest, so that you may seek grace from your Lord, and that you might know the numbering of years and the reckoning; and We have explained everything with distinctness.

(15) Their reckoning has drawn near to men, and in heedlessness are they turning aside.

(16) And whoever invokes with Allah another god-- he has no proof of this-- his reckoning is only with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not be successful.

(17) And (as for) those who disbelieve, their deeds are like the mirage in a desert, which the thirsty man deems to be water; until when he comes to it he finds it to be naught, and there he finds Allah, so He pays back to him his reckoning in full; and Allah is quick in reckoning;

(18) And they say: O our Lord! hasten on to us our portion before the day of reckoning.

(19) o Dawood! surely We have made you a ruler in the land; so judge between men with justice and do not follow desire, lest it should lead you astray from the path of Allah; (as for) those who go astray from the path of Allah, they shall surely have a severe punishment because they forgot the day of reckoning.

(20) This is Our free gift, therefore give freely or withhold, without reckoning.
