(251) What! do you come to the males and commit robbery on the highway, and you commit evil deeds in your assemblies? But nothing was the answer of his people except that they said: Bring on us Allah's punishment, if you are one of the truthful.

(252) Surely Allah knows whatever thing they call upon besides Him; and He is the Mighty, the Wise.

(253) And you did not recite before it any book, nor did you transcribe one with your right hand, for then could those who say untrue things have doubted.

(254) Allah makes abundant the means of subsistence for whom He pleases of His servants, and straitens them for whom (He pleases) surely Allah is Cognizant of all things.

(255) And this life of the world is nothing but a sport and a play; and as for the next abode, that most surely is the life-- did they but know!

(256) Look then at the signs of Allah's mercy, how He gives life to the earth after its death, most surely He will raise the dead to life; and He has power over all things.

(257) And whoever submits himself wholly to Allah and he is the doer of good (to others), he indeed has taken hold of the firmest thing upon which one can lay hold; and Allah's is the end of affairs.

(258) Neither your creation nor your raising is anything but as a single soul; surely Allah is Hearing, Seeing.

(259) Who made good everything that He has created, and He began the creation of man from dust.

(260) Being niggardly with respect to you; but when fear comes, you will see them looking to you, their eyes rolling like one swooning because of death; but when the fear is gone they smite you with sharp tongues, being niggardly of the good things. These have not believed, therefore Allah has made their doing naught; and this is easy to Allah.
