(243) And remember Our slave Ayyub (Job), when he invoked his Lord (saying): "Verily Shaitan (Satan) has touched me with distress (by ruining my health) and torment (by ruining my wealth)!

(244) And other (torments) of similar kind - all together!

(245) They will say: "Our Lord! Whoever brought this upon us, add to him a double torment in the Fire!"

(246) Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "Verily if I disobey my Lord, I am afraid of the torment of a great Day."

(247) Is he then, who will confront with his face the awful torment on the Day of Resurrection (as he who enters peacefully in Paradise)? And it will be said to the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers): "Taste what you used to earn!"

(248) Those before them belied, and so the torment came on them from directions they perceived not.

(249) So Allah made them to taste the disgrace in the present life, but greater is the torment of the Hereafter if they only knew!

(250) "To whom comes a disgracing torment, and on whom descends an everlasting torment."
