| 64. | فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَنجَيْنَاهُ وَالَّذِينَ مَعَهُ فِي الْفُلْكِ وَأَغْرَقْنَا الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمًا عَمِينَ |
| Transliteration: | Fakaththaboohu faanjaynahu waallatheena maAAahu fee alfulki waaghraqna allatheena kaththaboo biayatina innahum kanoo qawman AAameena |
| Yusuf Ali: | But they rejected him, and We delivered him, and those with him, in the Ark: but We overwhelmed in the flood those who rejected Our signs. They were indeed a blind people! |
| Shakir: | But they called him a liar, so We delivered him and those with him in the ark, and We drowned those who rejected Our communications; surely they were a blind people. |
| Pickthall: | But they denied him, so We saved him and those with him in the ship, and We drowned those who denied Our tokens. Lo! they were blind folk. |
| Mohsin Khan: | But they belied him, so We saved him and those along with him in the ship, and We drowned those who belied Our Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.). They were indeed a blind people. |
| Saheeh: | But they denied him, so We saved him and those who were with him in the ship. And We drowned those who denied Our signs. Indeed, they were a blind people. |
| Urdu: | پھر انہو ں نے اسے جھٹلایا پھر ہم نے اسے اور ا سکے ساتھیوں کو کشتی میں بچا لیا اور جو ہماری آیتوں کو جھٹلاتے تھے انہیں غرق کر دیا بے شک وہ لوگ اندھے تھے |
