| 65. | وَالَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا اصْرِفْ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ إِنَّ عَذَابَهَا كَانَ غَرَامًا |
| Transliteration: | Waallatheena yaqooloona rabbana isrif AAanna AAathaba jahannama inna AAathabaha kana gharaman |
| Yusuf Ali: | Those who say, "Our Lord! avert from us the Wrath of Hell, for its Wrath is indeed an affliction grievous,- |
| Shakir: | And they who say: O our Lord! turn away from us the punishment of hell, surely the punishment thereof is a lasting |
| Pickthall: | And who say: Our Lord! Avert from us the doom of hell; lo! the doom thereof is anguish; |
| Mohsin Khan: | And those who say: "Our Lord! Avert from us the torment of Hell. Verily its torment is ever an inseparable, permanent punishment." |
| Saheeh: | And those who say, "Our Lord, avert from us the punishment of Hell. Indeed, its punishment is ever adhering; |
| Urdu: | اور وہ لوگ جو کہتے ہیں اے ہمارے رب ہم سے دوزخ کا عذاب دور کر دے بے شک اس کا عذاب پوری تباہی ہے |
