72. | وَالَّذِينَ لَا يَشْهَدُونَ الزُّورَ وَإِذَا مَرُّوا بِاللَّغْوِ مَرُّوا كِرَامًا |
Transliteration: | Waallatheena la yashhadoona alzzoora waitha marroo biallaghwi marroo kiraman |
Yusuf Ali: | Those who witness no falsehood, and, if they pass by futility, they pass by it with honourable (avoidance); |
Shakir: | And they who do not bear witness to what is false, and when they pass by what is vain, they pass by nobly. |
Pickthall: | And those who will not witness vanity, but when they pass near senseless play, pass by with dignity. |
Mohsin Khan: | And those who do not bear witness to falsehood, and if they pass by some evil play or evil talk, they pass by it with dignity. |
Saheeh: | And [they are] those who do not testify to falsehood, and when they pass near ill speech, they pass by with dignity. |
Urdu: | اور جو بے ہودہ باتوں میں شامل نہیں ہوتے اور جب بیہودہ باتوں کے پاس سے گزریں تو شریفانہ طور سے گزرتے ہیں |
