| 53. | وَلَقَدْ آتَيْنَا مُوسَى الْهُدَىٰ وَأَوْرَثْنَا بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ الْكِتَابَ |
| Transliteration: | Walaqad atayna moosa alhuda waawrathna banee israeela alkitaba |
| Yusuf Ali: | We did aforetime give Moses the (Book of) Guidance, and We gave the book in inheritance to the Children of Israel,- |
| Shakir: | And certainly We gave Musa the guidance, and We made the children of Israel inherit the Book, |
| Pickthall: | And We verily gave Moses the guidance, and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit the Scripture, |
