| 19. | أَفَرَأَيْتُمُ اللَّاتَ وَالْعُزَّىٰ |
| Transliteration: | Afaraaytumu allata waalAAuzza |
| Yusuf Ali: | Have ye seen Lat. and 'Uzza, |
| Shakir: | Have you then considered the Lat and the Uzza, |
| Pickthall: | Have ye thought upon Al-Lat and Al-'Uzza |
| Mohsin Khan: | Have you then considered Al-Lat, and Al-'Uzza (two idols of the pagan Arabs) |
| Saheeh: | So have you considered al-Lat and al-'Uzza? |
| Urdu: | پھر کیا تم نے لات اور عزیٰ کو بھی دیکھاہے |

| 20. | وَمَنَاةَ الثَّالِثَةَ الْأُخْرَىٰ |
| Transliteration: | Wamanata alththalithata alokhra |
| Yusuf Ali: | And another, the third (goddess), Manat? |
| Shakir: | And Manat, the third, the last? |
| Pickthall: | And Manat, the third, the other? |
| Mohsin Khan: | And Manat (another idol of the pagan Arabs), the other third? |
| Saheeh: | And Manat, the third - the other one? |
| Urdu: | اور تیسرے منات گھٹیا کو (دیکھا ہے) |
