(227) Verily it is thy Lord that knoweth best, which (among men) hath strayed from His Path: and He knoweth best those who receive (true) Guidance.

(228) "'Give you increase in wealth and sons; and bestow on you gardens and bestow on you rivers (of flowing water).

(229) (And Allah's Message is): "If they (the Pagans) had (only) remained on the (right) Way, We should certainly have bestowed on them Rain in abundance.

(230) For We do determine (according to need); for We are the best to determine (things).
