(32) Verily, Qarun (Korah) was of Musa's (Moses) people, but he behaved arrogantly towards them. (33) "You worship besides Allah only idols, and you only invent falsehood. Verily, those whom you worship besides Allah have no power to give you provision: so seek your provision from Allah (Alone), and worship Him (Alone), and be grateful to Him. To Him (Alone) you will be brought back.
(34) So as to be ungrateful for the graces which We have bestowed on them. Then enjoy (your short life); but you will come to know.
(35) See you not that the ships sail through the sea by Allah's Grace that He may show you of His Signs? Verily, in this are signs for every patient, grateful (person).

(38) Like this We requited them because they were ungrateful disbelievers. And never do We requite in such a way except those who are ungrateful (disbelievers).
(39) But they said: "Our Lord! Make the stages between our journey longer," and they wronged themselves; so We made them as tales (in the land), and We dispersed them all totally. Verily, in this are indeed signs for every steadfast, grateful (person).
(40) And they have (other) benefits from them, and they get (milk) to drink. Will they not then be grateful?
