(71) Those who, should We establish them in the land, will keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and enjoin good and forbid evil; and Allah's is the end of affairs.

(73) That We may give life thereby to a dead land and give it for drink, out of what We have created, to cattle and many people.

(74) Who desires to turn you out of your land with his magic; what is it then that you advise?

(75) Who make mischief in the land and do not act aright.

(76) And there were in the city nine persons who made mischief in the land and did not act aright.

(77) Or, Who guides you in utter darkness of the land and the sea, and Who sends the winds as good news before His mercy. Is there a god with Allah? Exalted by Allah above what they associate (with Him).

(78) Surely Firon exalted himself in the land and made its people into parties, weakening one party from among them; he slaughtered their sons and let their women live; surely he was one of the mischiefmakers.

(79) And We desired to bestow a favor upon those who were deemed weak in the land, and to make them the Imams, and to make them the heirs,

(80) And to grant them power in the land, and to make Firon and Haman and their hosts see from them what they feared.
