(75) Then We heard his prayer, and bestowed upon him John, and adjusted his wife (to bear a child) for him. Lo! they used to vie one with the other in good deeds, and they cried unto Us in longing and in fear, and were submissive unto Us.

(76) (And) the dwellers in Midian. And Moses was denied; but I indulged the disbelievers a long while, then I seized them, and how (terrible) was My abhorrence!

(77) And how many a township did I suffer long though it was sinful! Then I grasped it. Unto Me is the return.

(78) Unto Him belongeth all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. Lo! Allah, He verily is the Absolute, the Owner of Praise.

(79) Say: Unto Whom (belongeth) the earth and whosoever is therein, if ye have knowledge?

(80) They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: Will ye not then keep duty (unto Him)?
