(25) (noah) said: "O my Lord! help me: for that they accuse me of falsehood!"

(26) And the people of noah,- when they rejected the messengers, We drowned them, and We made them as a Sign for mankind; and We have prepared for (all) wrong-doers a grievous Penalty;-

(27) The people of noah rejected the messengers.

(28) Behold, their brother noah said to them: "Will ye not fear (Allah)?

(29) They said: "If thou desist not, O noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)."

(30) We (once) sent noah to his people, and he tarried among them a thousand years less fifty: but the Deluge overwhelmed them while they (persisted in) sin.
