(11) The Most Gracious (Allah) rose over (Istawa) the (Mighty) throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty).
(12) Had there been therein (in the heavens and the earth) alihah (gods) besides Allah, then verily both would have been ruined. Glorified be Allah, the Lord of the throne, (High is He) above all that (evil) they associate with Him!
(13) Say: "Who is (the) Lord of the seven heavens, and (the) Lord of the Great throne?"
(14) So Exalted be Allah, the True King: La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Lord of the Supreme throne!
(15) Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between them in six Days. Then He (Istawa ) rose over the throne (in a manner that suits His Majesty). The Most Gracious (Allah)! Ask Him (O Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم , concerning His Qualities: His rising over His throne, His creations, etc.), as He is Al-Khabir (The All-Knower of everything i.e. Allah).
(16) "I found a woman ruling over them: she has been given all things that could be possessed by any ruler of the earth, and she has a great throne.
(17) Allah, La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Lord of the Supreme throne!
(18) He said: "O chiefs! Which of you can bring me her throne before they come to me surrendering themselves in obedience?"
(19) He said: "Disguise her throne for her that we may see whether she will be guided (to recognise her throne), or she will be one of those not guided."
(20) So when she came, it was said (to her): "Is your throne like this?" She said: "(It is) as though it were the very same." And [Sulaiman (Solomon) said]: "Knowledge was bestowed on us before her, and we were submitted to Allah (in Islam as Muslims before her)."
