(42) And indeed he (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) saw him [Jibril (Gabriel)] in the clear horizon (towards the east).

(43) O man! Verily, you are returning towards your Lord with your deeds and actions (good or bad), a sure returning, and you will meet (the results of your deeds which you did).

(44) And He is Oft-Forgiving, full of love (towards the pious who are real true believers of Islamic Monotheism),
