(1) And [recall] when We took your covenant, [O Children of Israel, to abide by the torah] and We raised over you the mount, [saying], "Take what We have given you with determination and remember what is in it that perhaps you may become righteous."

(2) Do you covet [the hope, O believers], that they would believe for you while a party of them used to hear the words of Allah and then distort the torah after they had understood it while they were knowing?

(3) And We did certainly give Moses the torah and followed up after him with messengers. And We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, clear proofs and supported him with the Pure Spirit. But is it [not] that every time a messenger came to you, [O Children of Israel], with what your souls did not desire, you were arrogant? And a party [of messengers] you denied and another party you killed.

(4) He has sent down upon you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming what was before it. And He revealed the torah and the Gospel.

(5) And He will teach him writing and wisdom and the torah and the Gospel

(6) And [I have come] confirming what was before me of the torah and to make lawful for you some of what was forbidden to you. And I have come to you with a sign from your Lord, so fear Allah and obey me.

(7) O People of the Scripture, why do you argue about Abraham while the torah and the Gospel were not revealed until after him? Then will you not reason?

(8) All food was lawful to the Children of Israel except what Israel had made unlawful to himself before the torah was revealed. Say, [O Muhammad], "So bring the torah and recite it, if you should be truthful."

(9) But how is it that they come to you for judgement while they have the torah, in which is the judgement of Allah? Then they turn away, [even] after that; but those are not [in fact] believers.

(10) Indeed, We sent down the torah, in which was guidance and light. The prophets who submitted [to Allah] judged by it for the Jews, as did the rabbis and scholars by that with which they were entrusted of the Scripture of Allah, and they were witnesses thereto. So do not fear the people but fear Me, and do not exchange My verses for a small price. And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the disbelievers.
