(11) (As for) these-- their reward is forgiveness from their Lord, and gardens beneath which rivers flow, to abide in them, and excellent is the reward of the laborers.

(12) And if you are slain in the way of Allah or you die, certainly forgiveness from Allah and mercy is better than what they amass.

(13) And We did not send any apostle but that he should be obeyed by Allah's permission; and had they, when they were unjust to themselves, come to you and asked forgiveness of Allah and the Apostle had (also) asked forgiveness for them, they would have found Allah Oft-returning (to mercy), Merciful.

(14) And ask forgiveness of Allah; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

(15) And whoever does evil or acts unjustly to his soul, then asks forgiveness of Allah, he shall find Allah Forgiving, Merciful.

(16) Allah has promised to those who believe and do good deeds (that) they shall have forgiveness and a mighty reward.

(17) Will they not then turn to Allah and ask His forgiveness? And Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

(18) Then there came after them an evil posterity who inherited the Book, taking only the frail good of this low life and saying: It will be forgiven us. And if the like good came to them, they would take it (too). Was not a promise taken from them in the Book that they would not speak anything about Allah but the truth, and they have read what is in it; and the abode of the hereafter is better for those who guard (against evil). Do you not then understand?

(19) Take to forgiveness and enjoin good and turn aside from the ignorant.

(20) These are the believers in truth; they shall have from their Lord exalted grades and forgiveness and an honorable sustenance.
