(1) It was We who revealed the law (to Moses): therein was guidance and light. By its standard have been judged the Jews, by the prophets who bowed (as in Islam) to Allah's will, by the rabbis and the doctors of law: for to them was entrusted the protection of Allah's book, and they were witnesses thereto: therefore fear not men, but fear me, and sell not my signs for a miserable price. If any do fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are (no better than) Unbelievers. (سورة المائدة, Al-Maaida, Chapter #5, Verse #44) (Arabic, Transliteration, Urdu (Ahmed Ali), Urdu (Jalandhry), Farsi, Yusuf Ali, Shakir, Picthal, Mohsin Khan, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Malay, German, Bosnian, Russian, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Tafsir - Jalal ad-Din, Tafsir - King Fahad Quran Complex) |
(2) Say: "Shall I point out to you something much worse than this, (as judged) by the treatment it received from Allah? those who incurred the curse of Allah and His wrath, those of whom some He transformed into apes and swine, those who worshipped evil;- these are (many times) worse in rank, and far more astray from the even path!" (سورة المائدة, Al-Maaida, Chapter #5, Verse #60) (Arabic, Transliteration, Urdu (Ahmed Ali), Urdu (Jalandhry), Farsi, Yusuf Ali, Shakir, Picthal, Mohsin Khan, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Malay, German, Bosnian, Russian, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Tafsir - Jalal ad-Din, Tafsir - King Fahad Quran Complex) |
(3) O ye who believe! Kill not game while in the sacred precincts or in pilgrim garb. If any of you doth so intentionally, the compensation is an offering, brought to the Ka'ba, of a domestic animal equivalent to the one he killed, as adjudged by two just men among you; or by way of atonement, the feeding of the indigent; or its equivalent in fasts: that he may taste of the penalty of his deed. Allah forgives what is past: for repetition Allah will exact from him the penalty. For Allah is Exalted, and Lord of Retribution. (سورة المائدة, Al-Maaida, Chapter #5, Verse #95) (Arabic, Transliteration, Urdu (Ahmed Ali), Urdu (Jalandhry), Farsi, Yusuf Ali, Shakir, Picthal, Mohsin Khan, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Malay, German, Bosnian, Russian, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Tafsir - Jalal ad-Din, Tafsir - King Fahad Quran Complex) |
(4) To every people (was sent) a messenger: when their messenger comes (before them), the matter will be judged between them with justice, and they will not be wronged. (سورة يونس, Yunus, Chapter #10, Verse #47) (Arabic, Transliteration, Urdu (Ahmed Ali), Urdu (Jalandhry), Farsi, Yusuf Ali, Shakir, Picthal, Mohsin Khan, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Malay, German, Bosnian, Russian, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Tafsir - Jalal ad-Din, Tafsir - King Fahad Quran Complex) |
(5) Those who had been arrogant will say: "We are all in this (Fire)! Truly, Allah has judged between (his) Servants!" (سورة غافر, Ghafir, Chapter #40, Verse #48) (Arabic, Transliteration, Urdu (Ahmed Ali), Urdu (Jalandhry), Farsi, Yusuf Ali, Shakir, Picthal, Mohsin Khan, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Malay, German, Bosnian, Russian, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Tafsir - Jalal ad-Din, Tafsir - King Fahad Quran Complex) |
