(1) (Charity is) for Fuqara (the poor), who in Allah's Cause are restricted (from travel), and cannot move about in the land (for trade or work). The one who knows them not, thinks that they are rich because of their modesty. You may know them by their mark, they do not beg of people at all. And whatever you spend in good, surely, Allah knows it well. (سورة البقرة, Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #273) (Arabic, Transliteration, Urdu (Ahmed Ali), Urdu (Jalandhry), Farsi, Yusuf Ali, Shakir, Picthal, Mohsin Khan, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Malay, German, Bosnian, Russian, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Tafsir - Jalal ad-Din, Tafsir - King Fahad Quran Complex) |
(2) Everyone shall taste death. And only on the Day of Resurrection shall you be paid your wages in full. And whoever is removed away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise, he indeed is successful. To Him Alone you would call, and, if He wills, He would remove that (distress) for which you call upon Him, and you would forget at that time whatever partners you joined (with Him in worship)! (سورة الأنعام, Al-An'aam, Chapter #6, Verse #41) (Arabic, Transliteration, Urdu (Ahmed Ali), Urdu (Jalandhry), Farsi, Yusuf Ali, Shakir, Picthal, Mohsin Khan, French, Spanish, Indonesian, Malay, German, Bosnian, Russian, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Tafsir - Jalal ad-Din, Tafsir - King Fahad Quran Complex) |
(5) And We shall remove from their breasts any (mutual) hatred or sense of injury (which they had, if at all, in the life of this world); rivers flowing under them, and they will say: "All the praises and thanks be to Allah, Who has guided us to this, and never could we have found guidance, were it not that Allah had guided us! Indeed, the Messengers of our Lord did come with the truth." And it will be cried out to them: "This is the Paradise which you have inherited for what you used to do." If you remove the punishment from us, we indeed shall believe in you, and we shall let the Children of Israel go with you." But when We have removed his harm from him, he passes on as if he had never invoked Us for a harm that touched him! Thus it is made fair-seeming to the Musrifun that which they used to do.
