(2) And if We willed, We could have deformed them, [paralyzing them] in their places so they would not be able to proceed, nor could they return.

(3) [He is] the Exalted above [all] degrees, Owner of the Throne; He places the inspiration of His command upon whom He wills of His servants to warn of the Day of Meeting.
