(21) So He completed them as seven firmaments in two Days, and He assigned to each heaven its duty and command. And We adorned the lower heaven with lights, and (provided it) with guard. Such is the Decree of (Him) the Exalted in Might, Full of Knowledge.

(22) Then will appear to them the evil (fruits) of what they did, and they will be completely encircled by that which they used to mock at!

(23) And We had firmly established them in a (prosperity and) power which We have not given to you (ye Quraish!) and We had endowed them with (faculties of) hearing, seeing, heart and intellect: but of no profit to them were their (faculties of) hearing, sight, and heart and intellect, when they went on rejecting the Signs of Allah; and they were (completely) encircled by that which they used to mock at!

(24) Then will he be rewarded with a reward complete;

(25) Their intention is to extinguish Allah's Light (by blowing) with their mouths: But Allah will complete (the revelation of) His Light, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it).

(26) It is We Who created them, and We have made their joints strong; but, when We will, We can substitute the like of them by a complete change.

(27) (To the righteous soul will be said:) "O (thou) soul, in (complete) rest and satisfaction!

(28) And soon will they attain (complete) satisfaction.
