The word(s) "heirs" appears 34 time(s) in 33 verse(s) in Quran in Abdullah Yusuf Ali translation.

(11) Allah hath purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law, the Gospel, and the Qur'an: and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? then rejoice in the bargain which ye have concluded: that is the achievement supreme.
(12) Then We made you heirs in the land after them, to see how ye would behave!
(13) Those who believe not in the Signs of Allah,- Allah will not guide them, and theirs will be a grievous Penalty.
(14) Any one who, after accepting faith in Allah, utters Unbelief,- except under compulsion, his heart remaining firm in Faith - but such as open their breast to Unbelief, on them is Wrath from Allah, and theirs will be a dreadful Penalty.
(15) And that cry of theirs ceased not, till We made them as a field that is mown, as ashes silent and quenched.
(16) He cannot be questioned for His acts, but they will be questioned (for theirs).
(17) These will be the heirs,
(18) But their hearts are in confused ignorance of this; and there are, besides that, deeds of theirs, which they will (continue) to do,-
(19) Only those are believers, who believe in Allah and His Messenger: when they are with him on a matter requiring collective action, they do not depart until they have asked for his leave; those who ask for thy leave are those who believe in Allah and His Messenger; so when they ask for thy leave, for some business of theirs, give leave to those of them whom thou wilt, and ask Allah for their forgiveness: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
(20) Such are they for whom a grievous Penalty is (waiting); and in the Hereafter theirs will be the greatest loss.
